A recent inspection of Parkwood property has revealed several infractions that will need to be remediated by the Co-op by January 1, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We kindly ask ALL shareholders for their cooperation and help in adhering to these guidelines in consideration of our elderly and disabled. The deadline for removal of/storing away items is 12/15/2024.
1. Building ENTRANCES/STEPS need to be free and clear of ALL items; Including, but not limited to: LARGE potted plants, furniture, bicycles, toys, coolers and oversized decorations.
2. Railings must be accessible for people to hold on to.
3. LARGE furniture deliveries may NOT be left on the stoops overnight as they block entrances and can topple, causing serious injury.
4. Common areas, middle areas, courtyards and walkways need to be free and clear of ALL furniture, potted plants and large decorations.
(If you are having a gathering and need to set up on the lawns or middle areas, we just ask that you please store everything away by end of that night)
VEHICLES:
1. Driveways, pathways and sidewalks may NOT be blocked by any vehicles.
2. Garbage and recycling bins must remain FREE AND CLEAR OF VEHICLES FOR PROPER PICKUP.
Holiday decorations are always a welcome sight in our community, but please be mindful of the guidelines above when decorating. Our goal is to keep everyone safe.
